This Vaaru GTA (Gravel, Terrain, Adventure) was a bespoke order for a customer who had specified a Di2 only setup. The brief was for mainly road setup with the occasional off road section. After taking the customer’s measurements the GTA was drawn and put through production. This particular GTA uses common parts to the standard GTA but Di2 and hydraulic hose routings were altered to suit. The frame is double butted 3AL/2.5V titanium with machined titanium bearing seats, English threaded BB, mudguard mounts, Shimano Flatmount calliper mount and formed stays to give a forgiving ride quality when hammered off road.
The build spec was top class including Shimano Dura-Ace Di2, Reynolds Assault Carbon wheels, Enve CX Carbon Forks, Sram Force Cranks and Absolute Black oval chainring. The customer wanted something extra special so we paired the Hope RX4 callipers, changed the bore caps to Orange and used the Hope Orange floating Rotors. This led us to produce some bespoke graphics to match the Orange highlights. Simple and understated yet oozing quality in every component.
