DELIVERY
We offer a FREE delivery service on all frames and fully built bikes within the U.K.
If you have ordered a frame or component this will be despatched within two working days.
If you have ordered a fully built bike, this will be built to order and will be despatched within two weeks. By building your bike to order we can make any changes to the finishing kit that you wish.
Delivery will be made by carrier, please contact us if you would like to be notified of the day of delivery.
CANCELLATION
You have a legal right to cancel your order that you have placed on our website within 14 days. Please telephone us on 07789931124 if you wish to cancel your order or email james@vaarucycles.com
If we have already despatched your order you will need to follow the returns policy below.
Please note if you have ordered an item which has been made bespoke for you in any way we are not able to cancel your order and offer a refund unless it is faulty in some way.
RETURNS
If you have decided that you no longer want the item that you ordered but it is not faulty then please simply return it to us within 14 days complete with the original packaging to –

Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please make sure that if you return any item to us you use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items in transit.
Please note when you are returning an item it must be in perfect reselling condition in order for us to give you a full refund. If you have damaged the product in anyway a reduction will be made to account for this loss.
In the unlikely event that the item is faulty from transit then you may return the item to us at the same address above and we will refund your postage once the item has been inspected by us and we have claimed against the carrier.
