Vaaru Ltd has a new opportunity for a Production Assistant to join a small but growing team of passionate people to support the growth in the Vaaru brand.
The position of Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the Bike Build team in delivering first class bicycles for our clients.
The Role
The Production Assistant will be an essential part of the growing team at Vaaru Cycles, supporting the production department with finishing activities such as polishing, masking, assembly and packaging.
The Production Assistant will be a tidy worker with an eye for detail and appreciation of creating a premium bicycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Sanding, polishing, masking, applying vinyl.
Tidying the workshop.
Packaging products for postage.
Additional Details
As a key member of a small but growing team it is essential that this member of staff is a team player and happy to help other teams as and when required.
The Ideal candidate will have
Excellent appreciation for premium products
Good mechanical ability
Interest in bicycles and cycling
Aptitude for finishing
A strong work ethic
A good team player
Knowledge of the Vaaru brand
