Vaaru rider Kenny Smith has been shortlisted for Cycling Weekly’s ‘2019 Best Charitable Initiative’ Award for his great accomplishment of cycling around the UK on his Vaaru MPA and raising £23,000 for MS Trust. Kenny rode for 50 days in memory of his sister Kathleen who sadly didn’t survive her battle with Multiple Sclerosis and would have celebrated her 50th birthday this summer.
We are asking friends of Vaaru to vote for Kenny who is our local hero and tirelessly fundraises for a cause that is so deserving. Since his ride Kenny has launched the ‘The Sussex MS Trust Friends Group’ offering support to sufferers in Sussex.
