The Velodrome Challenge

The Velodrome Challenge 2019

Thursday 10 October 2019 will see the third competitive, high-adrenaline velodrome event in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. After a day packed full of racing on London’s 2012 Olympic cycling track entrants are treated to a fine dining experience courtesy of the Gordon and Tana Ramsay Foundation and an auction full of unique lots.

VAARU Cycles are pleased to donate a custom-painted titanium MPA endurance road bike for the 2nd year. For 2019 we’ve taken it up a notch, fitted with the latest top of the range 12speed Sram Red eTap AXS groupset, carbon Reynolds AR41 X DB  Carbon wheels with Continental 5000TL tyres. It will be fitted specifically to the client and painted or finished to his or her request. Bespoke painting will consist of at least 40-hours work by FatCreations. The MPA has been awarded 10/10 by BikesEtc; this premium titanium frame has double butted tubing, tapered head tube, thru-axle and flatmount braking technology. Ride all day on this endurance machine – it’s the best you’ll get. Just ask last year’s winning bidder!
